Artificial Intelligence can create disruption to many traditional businesses and industry sectors.
Machine Learning is able to further enhance the capability of the bots by learning the preferences and behaviours of the customers that they are serving.
In this workshop, participants will learn the basics of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). Participants will also learn how chatbots and AI can work together.
Following the lessons will be a hands-on practical on creating chatbots using. Google’s DialogFlow (the same engine that powers Google Assistant) and deploying them on a web page.
