Introduction
Artificial Intelligence can create disruption to many traditional businesses and industry sectors. Machine Learning is able to further enhance the capability of the bots by learning the preferences and behaviours of the customers that they are serving.
In this workshop, participants will learn the basics of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), with additional learning outcome that focus on how AI may be applied in today's digital marketing space. This growth is dictated by the crucial role of AI in modern Digital Marketing Infrastructure.
People use AI every day, no matter where they work or what they do: our smartphones have dozens of native capabilities powered by AI, such as voice assistants and real-time navigation; Google's AI predicts the places we go and suggest the phrases to search; Facebook's AI recognize objects on images we post and infer our interests from the pages we visit; and our favourite services, like Amazon and Netflix, use AI to offer product recommendations

Prof. Aleksandr Farseev is an Entrepreneur, International Keynote Speaker and the CEO of SoMin.ai, the Social Media Marketing Platform driven by AI and the Big Data. Known to be an expert in Digital and Influencer Marketing, Aleks has also co-authored 20 scientific publications in international peer-reviewed journals and conferences. Aleks holds a Research Professor position at ITMO University and had successfully conducted university courses and training sessions on Digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing and AI Technology.
